How do my programmes work?

METABOLIC BALANCE®

Metabolic Balance® is a personalised, evidence-based nutrition programme designed to optimise your overall health and well-being. It's particularly effective for addressing metabolic, hormonal, and inflammatory conditions, and is best known for supporting natural and sustainable weight loss.

One of the unique strengths of Metabolic Balance® is its ability to preserve muscle mass and improve nutrient status—an essential consideration when following any weight-loss plan.

Health is never one-size-fits-all, which is why personalised nutrition is so powerful. Using your individual blood test results, we can identify the foods that best support your body’s needs. The four-phase plan focuses on wholesome, everyday foods, making it easy to integrate into your lifestyle.

By nourishing your body in a way that’s tailored to you, you can reclaim your energy, support your health goals, and start feeling like yourself again.

Looking for inspiration? The Metabolic Balance® Stories podcast shares real-life success stories from clients who’ve completed the programme. Use the search function to find episodes that speak to your own journey.

NUTRITIONAL THERAPY

Are you dealing with digestive issues, low energy, persistent aches and pains, or growing concerns about chronic health conditions? Many of these challenges can be traced back to imbalances in your diet—not getting enough of the right nutrients your body needs to thrive.

What worked for us in our twenties often no longer serves us in midlife and beyond. Our bodies change, and so do our nutritional needs.

Nutritional Therapy focuses on understanding how food affects your energy, mood, and overall well-being. Together, we’ll create a sustainable, personalised dietary plan that supports your unique goals and lifestyle.

Small changes, make a big difference

Michaela Jones

While small changes to your diet can make a positive difference in terms of how you feel over a short period of time, embedding and sustaining new healthier habits will take time.

However, it's incredible how the body can be restored and balanced once we give it the right type of fuel. And the increased energy and reduction in symptoms will keep you motivated in the long run.

Take the first step towards a happier and healthier you!
