Like many people, I’ve discovered the importance of nutrition and stress management when I encountered health issues that medical doctors couldn’t explain or help with. 

I believe it’s about progress not perfection. Small sustainable changes made consistently over time will lead to big results. I have experienced this for myself and see this time and time again in clinic.
